Upon receiving a grievance, we will provide information about our grievance process, including:​

  • Grounds for accepting a grievance​

  • Steps involved in the grievance process and targeted deadlines

  • How a resolution will be facilitated​

We are committed to responding to grievances by:​

  • Regularly communicating each step and its outcome in the process for seeking a resolution to the grievance and confirming when a resolution has been achieved, or​

  • Providing a rationale if the issue raised is not accepted as a grievance​

To protect stakeholders who raise grievances, we have processes and controls in place to prevent any form of retaliation.​

This mechanism aligns with B Corp standards, ensuring that all stakeholders have a safe and confidential avenue to voice concerns.
